We are committed to protecting your privacy, and dedicated to upholding the privacy regulations; by accessing and using this Website and/or accessing its services, you shall be deemed to have accepted to be bound legally by these Terms of Use. In these Terms, the words "we", "our" and "us" refer to Invent ERP and/or Invent ITS, the owner company of Invent ERP while “You” and “Yours” refer to the users of the website and/or Invent ERP Application.  “Website” means Invent ERP portal established at the URL inventerp.com . When we mention "platform," we refer to all data you willingly share with us or import from external sources (such as banks or loan providers).

A variety of services are offered by Invent to help users manage their businesses profitably. To effectively serve users, these servers require details about individuals and their businesses. To maintain the security of the users and the services they are using, this data is vital. This policy will describe the data that is gathered, why it is gathered, and how it is utilized.

We may occasionally amend this privacy statement to make clarifications, to reflect modifications to our website, or to satisfy regulatory requirements. 3.4. Protection Against Fraud and Criminal Activity

The information we gather is also used to detect, protect, and prevent errors, fraud, and other criminal activities. This measure ensures the enforcement of our terms and conditions, maintaining a secure and fair environment for all users of the Invent ERP Application.

Nothing on the product is intended to provide advice. This product may contain general information. Such information is provided for informational purposes only.

3.6. Data Protection Laws in Bahrain

Our data practices align with the data protection laws in Bahrain. We are committed to complying with local regulations, safeguarding your privacy, and ensuring the lawful processing of your personal information.

The system and the privacy statement are compliant with Bahrain’s Personal Data Protection See Rules Section 2, Article 3 which protects users’ data and usage, and Article 4 which follows the requirement to fulfill a contract. It is also inclusive of Section 5 Article 17, that the user, upon registration, should be informed about the process, parties, and operations involved in the data usage – which are reflected in the privacy statement and are a requirement to use the system.

We want to emphasize our commitment to transparency, lawful processing, and user empowerment. You have choices regarding the technology you use and the data you share. We respect your decisions and will continue to provide a service that prioritizes your privacy and security.

The data we collect is dependent on your interactions, privacy settings, and the products and features you use. We ensure that your data is handled responsibly and used to enhance your experience. 4. Information

4.1. Collection of Information

We may collect information depending on the type of service being used, striving to make your experience smoother. Most of the user information is collected during the initial registration process. Additional information necessary for processing requests may be collected as indicated on the website.

4.1.1. Account and Contact

While registering, subscribing, or requesting access to any of Invent’s services, the user willingly agrees to share information. This usually includes data such as your name, contact number, and email – and any additional information that may be requested upon accessing a service. The data used in this centralized manner may relate to you as a customer or a vendor of an Invent ERP customer, or as an end user of our services. This information is integrated into the Invent ERP Platform.

4.1.2. Client Databases

Any data or material you upload, enter, or produce into your ERP database as part of the Cloud service subscription (for instance, by initiating a Free Trial) is entirely under your ownership and control.

In a similar vein, you acquire ownership of the data when you upload an on-premises database to the Invent ERP website. on-premises setup requires signing a separate and dedicated server SLA (Service Level Agreement) with Invent while agreeing on pre-defined yearly fees. 

Personal information such as your contact and customer list, list of workers, messages, images, videos, etc. are frequently included in this data. You are always the owner and exclusive controller of this data, and we only ever gather it on your behalf.

4.1.3. Communications and Feedback

When you reach out for support, provide feedback, participate in surveys, engage in product research or training, or interact with us in any way, we may collect personal information like your name, email address, and phone number – information you willingly share, to coordinate the communication.

4.1.4. Testimonials

With your permission, we may use your name and personal information in testimonials about our products and services. You'll have the chance to review and approve the testimonial before it's published. If you wish to modify or remove your testimonial, please contact us.

4.2. Third-Party Sources

Invent ERP was created to make it easier for you to interact with others and businesses. These connections could allow third parties, such as other customers utilizing Invent’s ERP, to enter personal information about you. To use and gain from the ERP, for instance, a client may give us personal data about you. If you maintain client lists with the ERP or are an account administrator for one of our products, you may also be able to input or handle personal information about others. If you enter someone else's information onto the Platform, you must do so only after giving the right amount of notice, obtaining all necessary permissions, and, if necessary, by applicable law, having a suitable legal basis.

4.3. InformationUse

The main purpose of the information we gather is to handle the task that brought you to our website. We take all appropriate security measures to guard against unwanted access to this data. To maintain account security, you might need to furnish supplementary proof of identity if you want access to account details.

4.3.1. Account and Contact

To deliver our services, respond to your inquiries, and handle billing and accounts, we need your contact information. Additionally, we might utilize your data for communication and marketing. We also analyze service patterns using this data in aggregated or anonymized form.

We may also give your name, email address, phone number, and company name to one of our Sales ERP Representatives, Partners, or 3rd Party advertisers if you have indicated interest in using Invent or have otherwise requested to be contacted by an Invent service provider. This partner will use your information to get in touch with you and offer their local services and assistance.

4.3.2. Client Databases 

To carry out the services you have subscribed to, and by the directions you specifically provided when you registered or configured your service and your database, we solely gather and process this data on your behalf.

To address any issues with our services, at your express request for support, or to maintain the security of our services if our Acceptable Use Policy (See Terms and Conditions) is broken, this information may be accessed by our Helpdesk employees and engineers in a restricted and sensible way.

4.3.3 Communications and Feedback

When using our services or contacting technical assistance for one of our products, you may entrust Invent with information that you or your business ("you") control. If you are a controller, this includes information on your clients and staff. If you are a processor, it includes data that you store and utilize for a specific client, such as a client to whom you provide services. Your data may be transferred to, kept on, or shared with us when you use our services, including when you seek technical support or other services.

4.3.4. Operations

Information may include:

  • Create your account provide you access to the Invent ERP platform, and handle communication.
  • Run and oversee your company, including settling billing and financial disputes.
  • Provide various features and/or updates.
  • Provide you with assistance and settle disputes.
  • Verify and authenticate your identity.

4.3.5. Development

By examining how our products and services are used and interacted with, we can improve and develop our offerings. We also conduct data analytics to gain insights into your needs, and your preferences so that we can develop more accurate predictions, suggestions, and products for our clients. For marketing, promoting, enhancing, and growing our platform, we combine and anonymize information about your activities with Invent to provide aggregate, anonymous statistics. This may include working with academic institutions under contract.

4.3.6. Data Access

Sub-processors from Invent and Outside Parties The contracting entity within Invent works with other group entities and other parties to deliver services and technical support for our products such as conducting independent vulnerability assessments and penetration tests.

Employees and Independent Contractors To identify, analyze, and resolve errors, we may give access to your service data to our employees and individuals who are independent contractors involved in providing the services (collectively our "employees"). We make sure that only certain people have access to the data from your service, and that this access is recorded.

To address any issues with our services, at your request for support purposes, as required by law, or to maintain the security of our services in the event of a violation of any of our policies, our Helpdesk staff may have limited and reasonable access to this information.

4.3.7. Compliance

Information uses may include:

  • Ensure adherence to our Terms of Service, including content our clients send or display through the Platform, and guard against misuse or abuse of our services.
  • Obey all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Prevent fraud or illegal behavior and safeguard the rights, property, safety, and security of the Platform, our clients, staff, and others.
  •  In the course of judicial, administrative, or arbitration actions, exercise our rights.

With your permission, we may enforce, rectify, or otherwise apply our Terms of Service or other agreements. In some situations, such as when it's required by law, we might specifically ask for your permission to use your personal information. 

Where permitted by relevant legislation, we may treat your data for additional purposes that are similar to those listed above.

4.3.8. Other purposes could include:

  • To contact you regarding downloaded goods and services, updates to this Privacy Policy, modifications to the Terms of Service, or significant notices.
  • To keep you informed about new goods and services, forthcoming occasions, deals, and other news we believe may be of interest to you.
  • To request your participation in surveys or to ask for your opinion on our services and goods.
  • To create and administer your account and to carry out all other tasks necessary for the provision of our services, including enabling collaboration, hosting websites and email, and backing up and restoring data.
  • To better our products and services, to monitor and prevent issues, and to comprehend how customers use our products and services.
  • To offer customer service, and to evaluate and enhance how we connect with customers.
  • To report spam, identify and stop fraudulent transactions, and safeguard the rights and interests of Invent, its users, third parties, and the general public.
  • To add to, broaden, and analyze our records, find new clients, and provide goods and services that might be of interest to you.
  • To run our websites, monitor user navigation, and do trend analyses to better understand visitor needs.
  • To keep track of, enhance, and provide suggestions for user-relevant marketing initiatives.

5. Accessing, Updating, or Deleting Personal Information

We understand that the service data belongs to you. We give you total control over your service data by enabling you to (i) access it, (ii) share it with others using supported third-party integrations, and (iii) ask for an export or deletion of it. 

5.1. Account and Contact

You are entitled to view and update any personal information you have previously given us. You can access your own Invent ERP account at any moment to do this. Please submit a request to our Helpdesk if you would like your account or personal data to be permanently deleted. Unless we are compelled by law to retain it for administrative, billing, or tax reporting purposes, we will make every effort to completely terminate your personal information.

5.2. Client Databases

Using your administrator credentials, you can handle any data gathered in your databases hosted on Invent at any moment, including changing or removing any personal information kept there.

Using your control panel, you can export your data wherever the export option is made available within Invent ERP. Obtaining an actual copy of the database or downloading it is not available within the Invent ERP Application. Processing this data following all privacy laws is your responsibility.

Through your management panel, you can also request the termination of your database at any moment by submitting a technical support ticket from within the Invent ERP Application itself. You are required to settle all pending dues with Invent ERP before requesting to cancel your account or to delete your records/data with Invent ERP.

5.3. Communications and Feedback

We receive your feedback, support inquiries, and most of the communication via our built-in support and helpdesk module. The helpdesk module allows you to submit tickets and inquiries. The tickets will always be available for review, along with their status, and feedback at any time regardless of their status. You may update the ticket with details during your interaction with the Helpdesk. For quality monitoring and security purposes, the cases are not deleted.

6. Interacting With Services

6.1. Product Features

For some product functionalities, we might leverage API services from other parties. You realize and accept that you are also subject to the third party's privacy policy if you choose to utilize those features.

6.2. Sales and Promotion

If you permit us, we may disclose your personal information to third parties who are collaborating with us to offer features, sales initiatives, promotions, or events. 

7. Security 

We take numerous precautions to guarantee that your data is processed, kept, and protected from data loss and unauthorized access since we understand how sensitive and crucial it is. Our Security Policy provides a detailed description of our organizational, administrative, and technical security procedures.

7.1. Compliance

We make every effort to ensure that the personal information you give is used by this Privacy Policy, including regular checks. Please email info@inventerp.com  if you have any questions about our compliance with this Privacy Policy or how we utilize your personal information. To properly resolve your worries, we'll get in touch with you as earliest as practicable and, if necessary, work with the relevant regulatory bodies.

8. Sub-processors

We rely on multiple Service Providers to support our operations. They provide us with a range of services, including marketing and communication, cloud hosting, web audience analysis, and payment processing.

We ensure that these Service Providers follow Data Protection laws when using the data, we share with them and that any processing they perform on our behalf is restricted to our specified use and governed by a special data processing agreement.

Currently hosted by AWS: Invent ERP is hosted security with Amazon Web Services also known as AWS.

8.2. Third-Party Processors 

To carry out the services for which they have been hired, third-party service providers either receive or process data for which Invent is the Controller as Controllers or Processors on behalf of Invent.

9. Data Retention

9.1. Account and Contact

This policy states that we will only keep such data for as long as is required for the purposes for which it was collected, including any legal retention periods, or for as long as is required to conduct a reasonable and lawful promotion of our goods and services.

9.2. Client Databases

We will only keep your information for as long as it takes to deliver the services you have purchased. When you terminate your subscription to Invent ERP, the database is disabled for 60 days (the grace period) and then deleted. Your database may be erased earlier upon request. Databases uploaded in AWS Servers are retained for a maximum of 4 months following the most recent successful upgrade. If the Customer does not pay the necessary fees for the Services within 21 days of the invoice's due date and after at least three reminders, Invent may immediately terminate the agreement (See Termination clause in Terms and Conditions).

10. Physical Data Locations and Data Transfers

10.1. Hosting Locations

Your system will be most likely hosted in your region or the region closest to you based on availability but not necessarily as follows:

  • Middle East: Bahrain
  • Southern Asia: India
  • Americas: Canada, United States
  • Europe: France, Belgium
  • Asia & Pacific: Singapore, Taiwan
  • Oceania: Australia

We may change your region hosting without prior notice or take whatever necessary actions while making sure we deliver your service at the best performance metrics. 

10.2. Backup Locations

Regardless of the original hosting region, backups are located in:

·         Middle East: Bahrain (Primary Location)

And optionally in:

·         Americas: Canada, United States

We may change your region backup without prior notice or take whatever necessary actions while making sure we deliver your service at the best performance metrics. 

11. Third-Party Disclosure 

We do not exchange, sell, or otherwise transfer your data to outside parties, except what was previously stated. We might discuss trends or statistics with other parties, exchange or reveal aggregated or de-identified information for research purposes, or both.

12. Cookies

Cookies are text files that a website you visit sends to your browser. They aid in the website's memory of information about your visit, which can facilitate future visits and increase the site's utility for you.

To give you better services, cookies are also used to help us understand your preferences depending on your language, country, and past or present activity on our website (the pages you have viewed).
